As the founder of A Swans Aura nonprofit, she strives to make a positive impact by promoting personal growth, mental wellness, and empowerment. Additionally, her initiatives, Maam Mentality and Mentality Academy, provide valuable resources and support to women, fostering confidence, self-care, and personal development.

Ashlei is a certified medical assistant and a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, combining her skills to provide compassionate care to patients. Through her expertise, she plays a crucial role in the medical field, ensuring accurate diagnoses and supporting patients through their healthcare journeys.

Having obtained her Associate of Science degree, Ashlei's commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth is evident. She constantly strives to enhance her knowledge and skills to deliver the highest standard of care to those she serves.

As the President of A Swans Aura nonprofit, Ashlei demonstrates her strong commitment to philanthropy and community service. She leads the organization in its mission to uplift and empower individuals through personal growth, mental wellness, and community support. With her keen understanding of the market and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, she guides individuals and families in finding their dream homes and making sound investment decisions.

Driven by her passion for making a positive impact, Yaronda founded Concreate Angels United nonprofit. Through this organization, she channels her energy and resources to uplift and empower underserved communities. The nonprofit is dedicated to providing resources, mentorship, and support to those in need, creating opportunities for personal and community growth.

Yaronda's commitment to education and personal development is evident through her academic achievements. She holds a Masters of Science in Financial and Family Planning, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to guide individuals in securing their financial future.
